This is Josh Cisewski's narration of the Bible. He writes me a new installment every night and I cannot keep this beautiful blessing to myself!

Chapter Four: The Creator's Masterpiece
It was the sixth day. God had made living creatures to roam about the earth, each according to its kind, beautiful and majestic, wonderful creations; but something was missing. This world was not meant to be filled with mindless creatures. No, it was made for so much more, a grander purpose than any could possibly imagine. A purpose that only God knew. And what the Lord did next astounded all the angels in Heaven, and shocked all the fallen angels that had been cast down. The Lord poured out His love upon this earth so fully. God said, “Let Us make man in Our image; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” The Lord had made gods, beautifully formed and handcrafted with His own fingers, the very reflection of His being, poured out in this physical creation. He made them lords over the whole of creation. Lucifer was furious. The Lord had filled and bestowed the power of His Holy Spirit upon man. He had created physical beings to love and have relationship with, to guide and to serve, to show His true self. And from that moment Lucifer vowed to destroy man, for man had taken what he thought was rightfully his: The Power of the Living God. What Lucifer did not realize was that this power did not come from the glory or majesty of the Lord, nor the pride of the Lord, but rather His love poured out, His service, His compassion, His peace, His joy, for He is the true vine, and His fruit is grown in love. Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
